Not appropriating for yourself or others any confidential and/or restricted material that may be made available during analysis, consulting, and/or the proposal and implementation of technological solutions;

Not disclosing knowledge of NOVABRINK’s confidential information, its activities, products, and/or processes, assuming responsibility for all persons who may gain access to the information through you, and thus undertaking to indemnify for the occurrence of any damage and/or loss arising from an eventual breach of confidentiality of the information provided.
